Lois Lerner, former head of the IRS tax-exempt unit, once again pleaded the Fifth at a congressional hearing on Wednesday.  The nine-month-old investigation regards a criminal scheme within the IRS to target groups and non-profits, flagging words like "patriot" and "tea party."  This has been Lerner's second invocation of the Fifth amendment in one year, in addition to the first time last May.
Lerner was forced to resign from the IRS in September after an internal-review board found her "neglectful of duties."  You can see video of her plea by clicking the link below.

My notes: this story concerns all of us, believe it or not.  When massive government partakes in clear, powerful practices of discrimination it gives me reason and compulsion to involve myself, speak out and expose them.  ANY discrimination is inappropriate but the disparity in our society is just sick.  Politicians and industrialists are totally above the law while endless police swarm harmless citizens.  The fact is that everyone with logic is being targeted and we need to step through fear to face our aggressors.  The police and mercenaries are NOT here to give us care packages.  Their presence in our lives is unwarranted, unwanted and it's holding us all back.  As long as drones and judge Dredd infest our reality we will never reach our fullest, freest potential
